Once you are a member, we require at least three business days’ notice for a tool order.

Yes, there is a “Tool Handling Fee” that is 3% of a tool’s retail value for each tool, per week. Additional fees may apply, view the Summary of Fees page for full details. 

Yes, we can deliver tools directly to your job site or to a local Hub location across the greater Houston area as well as areas like Galveston, Conroe, Angleton, Beaumont and Richmond. Check out the map of our Hub locations here.

Direct Delivery Service fees are calculated based on mileage from the Houston ToolBank warehouse (1215 Gazin St., Houston, TX 77020) to the designated address and are applied to each trip. Learn about program fees here. 

We send a driver, not a moving company. You are responsible for coordinating the appropriate onsite team to unload, load, and place equipment for your project. We are a small team and only send one representative, which helps ensure our delivery schedule is maintained. Members who do not adhere to the policies are subject to additional fees.
